We would like to become your Fun Events Therapists! Yes, really! We would genuinely love to hear what you have in mind for your upcoming event!
We are excited that you chose us for your event rentals! As a proud Southern California Small Business, our goal is to provide professionally put together events. But at the core of it all, we know first hand, how events like intimate or smaller scale weddings, backyard birthdays or barbecues, local community building events, are not everyone’s specialty. With Monarch Coast Events, every event is grand to us, but will strive to be the best priced and accommodating business provider as we possibly could. Either with a small 25 guest weddings or graduation parties, or anything from retirement celebrations and birthday bash for the inexperienced, we got you!
To get us started on our party planning together, here are some information for us to go over together:
When and Where: The date of your event/Your Location
Back up Location: Definitely not something everyone wants to think about, but with our beautiful SoCal having so much changes in our weather, a bit of a back up contingency plan does help everyone be more at ease.
Location Requirements: Is it downhill, outdoors? Indoors? Are there restrooms that are provided for your guest lists? Did you need our help finding restroom accomodations for your party? This is when we determine if what you have in mind, is possible for your location. Is it a private residence or a club house that has rules and restrictions?
If we need to, we can keep discussing how we can make other possible locations you have not considered before. We are open to making suggestions, but the ultimate decision maker, will always be you, because the goal is to make sure you are happy with your event.
Venue Requirements:
Most venues will require same-day set up and removal of the event rentals, but some can offer for options which you will have to pay for. Please double check what you are willing to pay for, to match your budget and we will guide you on what else to look forward to. Again, you are the ultimate final decision maker, but we are happy to help with suggestions.
